Income and project cost sheets were issued prior to the meeting
- Inclusive of the full “low wall” Project cost £157,975
- Half “low wall” Project cost £149525
Funds available £155,350 ( £8000 contingency built-in)
The group agreed to go with (b) half low wall. Partnership to pick up project fees once all costs have been paid. Payments will be made periodically as the project progresses.
JKC to be responsible for agreeing and paying out any contingency costs, the group will be kept fully informed of these including the reason for payment.
