Everything is now planned and in hand. Invitations have been sent to all VIP, Sponsors and Guests. Order of service drawn up, circulated within this group and will distributed to guests and residents on Sunday. The site will have designated areas for VIPs/Speakers and Veterans. PA system, lectern and photographer organised. Some flower laying possible at the end of the service, G.Dolman will announce at the time. Parade to be dismissed at the back of the Town Hall. Rolling road closure from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Some umbrellas to be available as required for VIPs. Video. D.McGifford to organise for a video of the event, J.Mac to discuss with him.
